Jej pou\u017e\u00edvanie vedie k <strong>naru\u0161eniu<\/strong> <strong>l\u00e1tkovej premeny tryptof\u00e1nu <\/strong>(<em>Deac a\u00a0kol., 2015<\/em><a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\"><em><strong>[i]<\/strong><\/em><\/a>), ktor\u00fd ovplyv\u0148uje viacero fyziologick\u00fdch procesov ako s\u00fa<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>em\u00f3cie,<\/li>\n<li>strach,<\/li>\n<li>sp\u00e1nok,<\/li>\n<li>agresivita,<\/li>\n<li>sexu\u00e1lne spr\u00e1vanie,<\/li>\n<li>pozn\u00e1vacie funkcie at\u010f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hormon\u00e1lna antikoncepcia v\u00fdznamne <strong>zni\u017euje tvorbu endog\u00e9nneho estradiolu<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na nervov\u00fa s\u00fastavu a psychiku (<em>Meier a\u00a0kol., 2018<\/em><a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\"><em><strong>[ii]<\/strong><\/em><\/a>). Okrem toho, hormon\u00e1lna antikoncepcia <strong>men\u00ed aktivitu enz\u00fdmu<\/strong> <strong>monoaminooxid\u00e1zy, <\/strong>ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1sledne ovplyv\u0148uje koncentr\u00e1cie seroton\u00ednu a\u00a0in\u00fdch prena\u0161a\u010dov nervov\u00fdch impulzov (neurotransmiterov) v\u00a0mozgu, a\u00a0tak vyvol\u00e1va depresiu, podr\u00e1\u017edenos\u0165 a\u00a0poruchy n\u00e1lady (<em>Del R\u00edo a\u00a0kol., 2018<\/em><a href=\"#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\"><em><strong>[iii]<\/strong><\/em><\/a>).
